# Summary

Our team at PYOR developed a comprehensive [governance dashboard](https://dune.com/pyor_xyz/aave-dao-governance) for the Aave ecosystem on Dune, and we’d love to create something similar for Shade.

# **What We Built for Aave**

Our dashboard provides real-time tracking of critical governance metrics with visualizations like:

**Category Analysis:** Breaking down proposals by type to reveal governance focus areas and priorities.

**Proposal Success & Participation Tracking:** Monitoring success rates and participation trends over time to identify engagement patterns.

**Delegation Insights:** Tracking delegation percentages across proposals to understand voting power distribution evolution.
