After a meeting, discussing this proposal with core members, a list of questions requiring more details was put together. My responses to these questions are long so I’ve attached a Google Doc answering each. Please provide feedback and I’ll continue to keep this forum updated when progress arises.

- Humans require incentives, what incentives are we looking to use here?
- How do we motivate these incentives and retain engagement? (i.e., game theory methodologies)
- How do we easily distinguish passionate & quality contributors?
- How do we make this passive (not sacrificing resources), while still scalable?
- When they are considered high contributors, what do they get?
